Rapidpave Enamel - Semi Gloss

Surface preparation:

• For previously unpainted timber floors, sand the surface smooth and wipe it clean.
• For previously unpainted concrete floors, smooth bare concrete must be acid etched with diluted hydrochloric acid. Flush the surface with sufficient fresh water. Allow complete drying for 3-4 days.
• Previously painted surface shall be subjected to thorough removal of loose and flaking paint. Oil, grease & other contaminants shall be removed by cleaning with mild detergent solutions. Sanding, touch up select bare areas with Rapidpave Paving Enamel. Follow with two full coats.

Application Procedure:

• Stir the contents thoroughly before and during use. Apply uniformly direct from the container.
• When applying over an unknown coating, please test the adhesion & compatibility of this product over a small test area.
• On new concrete surfaces no primer is required. For superior performance apply Metacare Etch Primer AP 10.
• Apply first coat of Rapidpave Paving Enamel with 10 to 20% thinning followed by second coat with minimum thinning.
• For unsound painted concrete surfaces, remove all paint until bare substrate.
