Vanuatu is a Y-shaped chain of 83 islands in the Pacific Ocean and it lies along the Pacific Ring of Fire. Most of its islands are volcanic in origin, with steep, rugged terrain and offers a diverse range of scenery, from towering volcanic cones and coastal plains, to raised coral atolls with wide beaches and deep natural harbours. The country's capital is Port Vila on the main island of Efate.
Apco Coatings originally supplied Vanuatu with paint products from Fiji and then Solomon Islands, before in 1993, negotiating the lease of land at Tagabe, Port Vila for the establishment of a modern paint factory. The Apco Coatings Vanuatu story is one of a local company that has succeeded in the face of all odds and is a company that has vindicated the Government's stand of supporting local industry in an exemplary way.
A comprehensive product portfolio including architectural, timber finishes, industrial, marine, automotive, road marking, special paint effects and specialty products are part of the range.
